Crawford Slattery is focused on maximizing subrogation recoveries for our property insurance clients. For the past two decades, our attorneys have successfully prosecuted large-loss subrogation claims against responsible third parties on theories of negligence, strict product liability, and breaches of warranty. Our practice specializes on property claims involving commercial and residential properties, school districts, and churches. Whether the loss involves a fire, construction defect, water damage, or other significant property damage, our attorneys investigate the cause of the loss, line up the right experts, develop theories of liability, and aggressively target the responsible tortfeasors.
